By registering a user profile with whirl you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Tik Tok Cable SMC Ltd. to lock behavior thereon.

User enters into this agreement regarding the use of the Whirl services with Tik Tok Cable - SMC Ltd, a company registered in Uganda headquartered in Kampala, Uganda.
Whirl is a ride sharing service, not a transport delivery or shipping solution. It is not a commercial service, but rather it allows users to fully or partially reimburse their travel or delivery costs.
Users cannot deliver any items that would be illegal in any country.
For greater clarity, the following items must not be carried by the user, including but not limited to: firearms or their components, weapons, corrosive or hazardous substances, drugs and tools that can be used as weapons and explosives, or any other illegal item related to country of transport.
Whirl has the right to object to any item or goods that can be transported through the Service if whirl knows what to is being transported and has legitimate grounds for objecting.
Additionally, whirl is not responsible for the safety of any passenger or driver and whirl recommends that you do not accept a passenger or ride if you feel unsafe.
Whirl reserves the right to provide and assist government agencies by providing travel information that is facilitated by the application or website.
As the Service is only a platform for members to contact each other, please be aware that we do not perform any verification (such as age, gender, driver's license, insurance coverage or any other characteristic or characteristic of website users).
The user should take appropriate steps to research well a registered user before going on a trip with them and only if you are completely satisfied with their credentials, characteristics, and the person they say they are .

If a user's activity is commercial, they must comply with all laws that regulate the transportation of goods, including and not limited to the necessary insurance, licenses, and /permits.
The words in capital letters in this agreement have the meanings given below:
Agreement means this document and all documents to which reference is made, in the Parts refer to the user and the Service means the service of facilitating contact between users of the service via the web, mobile application or other users way.
The Service connects Senders and Passengers who need to transport something or organize a trip, with Drivers who want to transport or organize a trip.
By entering into this Agreement, User is accessing the Service in the form in which it is offered from time to time. Whirl is free to add, remove or modify any functionality or functionality of the Service. Whirl connects users on the go to utilize available transport capacity. The service is for senders who need to send something or passengers who need a ride with drivers ready to make a trip.
All registered users can act as senders, passengers and drivers. The service provides an opportunity to match these three sides. After matching, Users directly complete the transportation arrangements. Whirl provides Terms of Service which contains recommended terms and conditions for users.
The Users enter into a direct agreement with each other and Whirl is not a contractual party to such agreement entered into between users.
Whirl merely provides users with the means to connect with each other and to facilitate payments for services and other value-added services returns between Users offered by Whirl from time to time.
While Whirl requests information to identify registered users, the service relies on the users to provide correct information.
Whirl assumes no responsibility for the actions or omissions of any User who connects through the Service and neither does whirl assume any responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of the User's information or any other information on the Service.
The user understands that the goods | package sent may be packed or wrapped, but this is not a requirement for the goods | package to be packed or wrapped. Whirl is not responsible for any damage to the item due to lack of packaging or packaging.

As a User of the Service you compromise to acquire communications from whirl.
This communique is associated with the reality which you are a consumer of the whirl Service and can take location through email, telephone, SMS, in-app push or post.
This communique can be provided through SMS messages, email messages, corresponding messages and newsletters from whirl.
User can unsubscribe from newsletters and alternate your notification settings at any time. Some system-crucial messages can't be taken off.
